Before processing any data rights request, peso1 is required to verify your identity to prevent unauthorized access to another person's data. Identity verification will be conducted via a one-time SMS code to your registered mobile number and, for sensitive requests such as erasure, may require confirmation of your registered details.
peso1 will respond to all valid data rights requests within 30 calendar days of receipt of the verified request. Where a request is particularly complex or numerous, we may extend this period by a further 30 days and will notify you of the extension and the reason within the initial 30-day period.
peso1 is strictly prohibited from providing gaming services to persons under the age of 21, as required by PAGCOR regulations applicable to Philippine online gaming operators. Accordingly, peso1 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
Age confirmation is required at registration. Where peso1 discovers or reasonably suspects that an Account has been registered by or is being used by a person under 21, that Account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Any deposits associated with a minor's Account will be refunded to the originating payment method after identity investigation; no winnings will be paid to any Account determined to be held by a minor.
