These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the peso1 platform, including all gaming, casino, sports betting, and financial services available at peso1.club. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

By accessing peso1.club, creating a peso1 Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all documents incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and peso1. They supersede any prior understandings, representations, or agreements between you and peso1 regarding your use of the Platform.
peso1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the registered mobile number or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of peso1 after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Use of the peso1 platform is restricted to persons who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
peso1 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Each eligible person may register and maintain only one (1) peso1 Account. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, names, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly should it change. peso1 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including an unregistered or inactive mobile number preventing OTP delivery.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your peso1 login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any other person. peso1 will never ask for your password via chat, SMS, or email. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized that activity.
peso1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID). Verification requests must be satisfied within fourteen (14) days of the request date.
peso1 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank transfer, Coins.ph, and USDT (cryptocurrency). The availability of specific payment methods may vary by player account and may change from time to time.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). There is no fee charged by peso1 on deposits; however, your payment provider's own fees may apply.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your peso1 Wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which may take up to one (1) banking day. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon confirmation of the required number of blockchain confirmations.
By depositing funds into your peso1 Wallet, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used and that the funds deposited are from legitimate sources. peso1 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations under Philippine law.
Only verified peso1 Account holders are eligible to withdraw funds. Withdrawals may be processed only to payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. peso1 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) banking days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, maintenance, or when additional verification is required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (two hundred Philippine Pesos). Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
peso1 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal if: (a) verification documentation has been requested but not yet received; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or violation of these Terms; (c) the withdrawal relates to funds deposited by a reversed payment; or (d) an active investigation into the Account is in progress. Withheld funds will be released upon satisfactory resolution of the relevant matter or returned to the verified originating payment method.
All bonuses and promotional offers available at peso1 are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page and incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated on each promotion page. For example, a bonus of ₱500 with a 20x wagering requirement means the Player must wager a total of ₱10,000 before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
peso1 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom if there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting perceived loopholes in bonus mechanics; placing opposing bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements; or any coordinated activity designed to misuse promotions. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse may be permanently closed.
Bonus Funds that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Wallet without compensation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content; remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or use any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from peso1.
Game titles, mechanics, and associated content are the intellectual property of the respective game providers (e.g., JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming) and are used by peso1 under valid licensing agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, peso1 shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits peso1's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by peso1's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
peso1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The types of personal data collected, the purposes for which they are processed, your data subject rights, and our data retention practices are described in full in the peso1 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering for a peso1 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent or exercise your data subject rights (including the right to access, correction, erasure, and portability of your data) by contacting peso1 at the details provided in Section 17.
You may close your peso1 Account at any time by contacting peso1 customer support. Upon Account closure request, any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet (excluding Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification requirements.
peso1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) a material breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, collusion, or illegal activity; (c) failure to complete identity verification within the required period; (d) a self-exclusion request; (e) regulatory direction from PAGCOR; or (f) any other circumstance where peso1, acting reasonably, determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to the interests of other players.
Upon Account closure or termination: your license to use the Platform immediately ceases; Bonus Funds are forfeited; and real-money balances are handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and these Terms. peso1's right to retain records of your Account activity for anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance purposes survives termination.
peso1 may amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform homepage or by sending an SMS to your registered mobile number. The updated Terms will become effective on the date stated in the notice.
The current version of these Terms is always available at peso1.club/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the peso1 Platform shall first be submitted to peso1's customer support team for informal resolution. If the matter is not resolved within thirty (30) calendar days of formal written notification to peso1, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process for licensed online gaming operators.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably waive any objection to the exercise of such jurisdiction and any claim that such courts are an inconvenient forum.
